Payment to the city for services billed, as provided in sections 9-2-2 and 9-2-3 of this chapter, shall be due and payable within thirty (30) days after the billing date. If payment by the owner is not made within thirty (30) days after the billing date, the amount billed to the owner then becomes delinquent. A one and one-half percent (11/2%) delinquent charge shall be added to all delinquent accounts for each month of delinquency. (Ord. 88-2, 3-16-1988)
