1. All stipulations of the city building ordinance shall be complied with.
2. All technical specifications and materials specifications of the subdivision ordinance shall apply to the construction of the required city improvements on single tract of land projects.
3. All single tract of land projects shall be required to obtain a building permit through the building department. (Ord. 86-3, 3-11-1986)
