Any person convicted of violations of city regulations is guilty, punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 08-2, 7-8-2008; amd. Ord. 10-4, 10-9-2010)
1. Enforcement Authority: The Duchesne County sheriff's department is given all rights to write citations to those individuals breaking the laws or safety guidelines as outlined in this chapter.
2. Forfeit Of Rights: Any operator of an OHV who is issued two (2) or more citations within a six (6) month period will forfeit their right to operate an OHV within the city for a period of one year. (Ord. 08-2, 7-8-2008)
