1. A manufactured housing unit may be affixed to any building lot within any zone upon which conventional housing would otherwise be allowed; provided, the unit was manufactured after June 15, 1976. No mobile home built before June 15, 1976, shall be allowed within the city limits, whether used as living quarters, storage building or otherwise. (Ord. 97-2, 10-28-1997)
2. In addition, no manufactured housing unit will be allowed to be affixed to any building lot unless it is permanently secured in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation (note: real property). (Ord. 93-3, 9-1-1993)
