Open-swim schedules can change because of swimming lessons, private reservations, weather, maintenance, or special activities. Please check the pool’s Facebook page before visiting.

Swimming Lessons

Help your child become a safer and more confident swimmer. The Duchesne City Swimming Pool offers lessons for different ages and swimming abilities during the summer season.

Lessons may include:

  • Parent and child classes
  • Preschool swimming classes
  • Beginner through advanced swim levels
  • Learn-to-Swim Levels 1–6
  • Private swimming lessons
  • Junior lifeguard opportunities, when available

Swimming lessons have traditionally been offered in two-week sessions, Monday through Thursday, with morning classes beginning at approximately 9:00, 10:00, and 11:00 a.m. Each lesson is approximately 45 minutes. Available levels, session dates, registration procedures, and prices are announced before each session.
