It shall be unlawful for:
1. Transient Merchant, Itinerant Merchant Or Vendor: A transient merchant, itinerant merchant or itinerant vendor to engage in such business without first obtaining a license therefore in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. (1978 Code § 9-451)
2. Peddler: Any person to engage in the business of peddler without first obtaining a license therefore as provided in this chapter.
3. Solicitor Or Canvasser: Any solicitor or canvasser to engage in such business without first obtaining a license therefore in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. (1978 Code § 9-451; amd. 2004 Code)
