1. Length: The maximum length of blocks shall be one thousand feet (1,000'), and the minimum length of blocks shall be four hundred feet (400').
2. Width: The width of blocks shall be sufficient to allow at least two (2) tiers of lots, or as otherwise approved by the planning commission because of design, terrain, or other unusual conditions.
3. Business Or Industrial Uses: Blocks intended for business or industrial use shall be designed specifically for such purposes with adequate space set aside for off street parking and delivery facilities. (Ord. 86-3, 3-11-1986)
