The storage of trucks and the storage of construction equipment such as bulldozers, graders, cement mixers, compressors, dump trucks, etc., shall not be permitted on any lot in any residential zone; provided, that construction equipment may be stored on a lot during construction of a building therein, but not to exceed one year.
