1. Defined: "Tracked vehicles" shall be defined as any vehicle that travels on endless metal belts instead of wheels.
2. Application Of Tracked Vehicle Regulation: It is hereby declared necessary in order to ensure the safety and maintenance of roads to regulate the movement of all tracked vehicles. These regulations shall apply to all tracked vehicles.
3. Use Of Tracked Vehicles (1) : It shall be deemed in violation of this chapter for any tracked vehicle to operate or be driven on the road surfaces or road right of way in the city. (Ord. 86-7, 10-28-1986)
