Unless modified by the court, court orders pursuant to sections 5-1-5, 5-1-11 and 5-1-14 of this chapter shall be filed according to the following minimum notice and procedure: (Ord. 87-1, 9-8-1987; amd. 2004 Code)
1. Petition: The director of animal control or his authorized representative shall petition the court for the desired action.
2. Service Of Petition: The petition for the action, together with supporting affidavits, shall be served on the party against whom the action is taken at least five (5) days prior to the hearing. (Ord. 87-1, 9-8-1987)
