Planning & Zoning Commission
The Planning & Zoning Commission plays a key role in guiding the growth and development of Duchesne City. The committee reviews land use proposals, zoning changes, and development applications to ensure they align with city ordinances and the long-term vision of the community.
Purpose & Responsibilities
The committee is responsible for reviewing and making recommendations to the City Council on matters related to land use, development, and zoning regulations.

Zoning & Land Use
Zoning regulations help ensure that land within Duchesne City is used in a way that promotes safety, order, and community character. These regulations guide where residential, commercial, and industrial uses are appropriate and help manage future growth.
